Your privacy is important to us, and we aim to protect it, in the very limited ways that we have access to personal data. It is policy not to collect data of any sort from users of the Pawtals products, and only receive data from users or touchscreen suppliers when they contact us, via email ( website address https://www.pawtals.com/contact/ ).

Website Contact Information
When visitors leave comments on the site we only collect the data shown in the comments form. Where personal data is submitted in this way, unless it is a support request or bug report, it is only stored in email or webmail format, and is not re-shared without permission. For support requests and bug reports it is assumed that replies are required via email, and in this case the visitor’s email and name may also be included in a list of support issues or bug reports in conjunction with the details of the communication, and action taken/to be taken, with dates of communication or update.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking or recording personal data on the Pawtals website. However the browser you use to navigate to the Pawtals website may use cookies for default information of pages visited, and provide IP and browser type information.
The Pawtals browser products do not use cookies for tracking or recording personal information. However the browser does use the minimum default cookies provided by the underlying browser technology (Chromium).
Embedded content from other websites
Content viewed on the Pawtals browser products may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
We do not share personal data which we may obtain with any person or organisation, except where legally required by government or legal authorities, or where permission is specifically granted by the user themselves. Where bug reports or technical support is required, and this is done externally, the personal information will be removed.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment on the website or via email, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Pawtals Large Screen Browsers
In the same way as for websites, no data is recorded or shared from the browser app use. There is also no advertising, in-app purchasing or geolocation. For classroom based browsers, adults are expected to use or supervise use, and in addition, firewalls are expected to limit web content accessed.
